Weight management clients receive a workbook, which includes; how to measure your Body Mass Index (BMI), how to focus on reaching a healthy weight, healthy weight tips, useful Internet resources, and a further reading list. Weight management clients also receive a CD to listen to at home.
I also offer a Virtual Gastric Band, which consists of four sessions and a CD to listen at home.
